    @vFighterHD My girl thought I was lying :) but we went on a holiday? in the mountains and she saw: about 7 and that’s because I was distracted, I know it’s hard to believe, but it feels very good ! The only inconvenient I MUST SAY: many many many trips to take a piss, that can be frustrating sometimes :) — like 15 times sometimes, less in summer, because sweat is more abundent ;)

    @vFighterHD Eeh, that’s only? like 2 days a week during winter, for example, yesterday I drank about 5.5 L, it deppends, on chest day, yeah, a lot of water, only in the morning after I brush my teeth I go for 0.8 or ever 1 L…

    @MARLONDAVIDGC? You need to drink at least 3 litres, an adult human needs to drink 3 litres just to survive and maintain health. Your health deteriorates with out 3 litres so drink more if you’re going to the gym to keep hydrated and flush all the crap out of your body as he says in his video.

    @MARLONDAVIDGC @ least a gallon. if? you’re bodybuilding, a gallon and a half or even more. depends somewhat on ur weight though im 220 so i drink @ least a gallon and a half.
